Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use ImgPace for JEE Main and NEET both?
Yes. Both are conducted by NTA with similar photo specs. NEET additionally needs a postcard-size photo, which ImgPace creates via Resize with the inches unit (4 in × 6 in at 300 DPI).
How do I print my name and date on the photo?
Use the Watermark tool — enter your full name and the photo date (e.g., "Priya Sharma · 15-Mar-2026") and position it at the bottom centre. Set black colour and 18–24 px size.
NEET portal is rejecting my uploaded photo. What should I check?
Check: format is JPEG (not PNG), dimensions are 3.5×4.5 cm, file size is between 10–200 KB, background is plain, no filters or group photos. ImgPace handles all of these with the Passport preset + 200 KB compress chip.
