Frequently Asked Questions

Is the photo requirement the same for RRB NTPC, Group D and ALP?
Mostly yes — 3.5×4.5 cm passport, JPEG, 20–50 KB. ALP often allows a slightly smaller 15–40 KB range. The Passport preset + 50 KB compress chip covers all RRB exams safely.
My photo is blurry after compression. What should I do?
Upload a higher resolution original (1000+ px on the short side), then apply Passport resize first and Compress last. ImgPace's smart compressor tunes quality automatically — it should not over-compress.
Do I need to keep the same photo for examination day?
Yes. RRB asks you to carry the same photograph (or a print of it) to the exam centre. Save the original upload on your device.
