By accessing or using ImgPace (imgpace.com), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The Service

ImgPace provides free, browser-based image tools — compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, DPI setting, PDF creation, watermarking, name-and-date captioning, metadata removal and related utilities. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, store or transmit your images.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ImgPace only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process images you do not have the right to use or modify;
• Use the tools to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, or to misrepresent identity on any application or portal;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the website;
• Scrape, frame or republish the site in a way that misleads users about its origin.

4. No Guarantee of Portal Acceptance

Exam and government portal requirements (file size, dimensions, DPI, captions) change from time to time and can differ between application cycles. ImgPace's presets and checker are provided as a convenience based on commonly published specifications. Always verify the current requirements on the official portal before submitting your application. ImgPace is not affiliated with SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, NTA, RRB, UIDAI, NSDL or any government body.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process. The ImgPace name, logo, site design and code are the property of ImgPace. Third-party libraries (JSZip, jsPDF) remain under their respective licences.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The site may display advertising (for example via Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties. Ad personalisation is controlled by your consent choice — see our Privacy Policy and the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImgPace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will be accepted by any particular portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgPace and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or data loss — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
